Mercatus Bolsters Leadership Team Adding New CTO
Toronto – March 9, 2023 – Mercatus, a leading provider of grocery eCommerce solutions, today announced the appointment of Steve Benteau as Chief Technology Officer to further support the company’s growth and evolution.

Benteau brings over 25 years of leadership experience to Mercatus along with a track record of creating high performance teams. Prior to joining Mercatus, Benteau served as CTO at Precima, a leading global retail strategy and analytics company acquired by NeilsenIQ. His experiences include delivering products and solutions to leading retailers across North America and Europe along with years of services consulting across various sectors. He actively engages with teams to ensure he hears and understands clients’ needs, and with the team, delivers market-leading solutions that will keep customers happy.
